  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform.
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the platform in ways not authorized by us.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

CustomerBot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after this period.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from the Billing settings.

Price Changes: We may change plan pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before applying changes to existing subscriptions.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Data associated with a terminated account may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CustomerBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CustomerBot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
